- Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.
- Cancellation of confirmed orders are not refundable for incorrect choice or change of circumstances, however please contact us to discuss your situation to see what options are available to you.
- Wedding cakes require a 20% non-refundable booking fee. The balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavours. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
- Where fresh flowers are requested to be placed on your cake, you acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt or other contaminants.
- All cakes are made to order with the utmost care and attention. We may use creative judgment and/or make adjustments where we feel necessary in order to maintain the quality and workmanship of our designs and preserve the intention of your design to the best of our abilities.
- If you have supplied a photo of a cake that you would like made, please note that while we try to decorate it as close as possible to the original design, the cake cannot look exactly the same. Every cake decorator and designer has their own style of decorating and we are limited to colours and products available at the time.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your cake, please get in touch as soon as possible. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
- Your cake is made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy and gluten and trace elements may be present in all products.
- Yummy Delicious is not responsible for any interference with, or damage to the cake after it has been collected/delivered.
- You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes can be heavy and require a sturdy table and optimal room temperature of 23 degrees celsius or below.
- The rental of any equipment such as equipment requires a security deposit at the time of final payment. We will return this security deposit when the equipment is returned to us in original condition not later than 3 days past the event date. The security deposit is forfeit if this date is missed or the returned equipment is damaged or incomplete.
- All cakes, cupcakes and desserts will be photographed and we reserve the right to use any photos for display or promotion.
- Payment of your deposit/balance is considered your agreement with these terms and conditions.
