The cheesecake looked amazing and had the taste. The texture was a disappointment as it still had chunks of Philly cream cheese at bottom like the mixture wasn’t mixed through enough during prep. Possibly as it’s was Mother’s Day you were rushed?
We’ve had the cheesecake at your store and it was better.
